work sets in

well... pw went quite well, class chalet was great and things been rather slack for now... nothing really much has happened for awhile i guess.. but now work shall start to set in.. have to start revising. especially worried for everything actually.. but then.. tt isnt especially anymore... o wells..

worried for maths:
the only way i know how to do well is practice.. but well.. tt works quite fine.. but it just feel so super disorganised... im not sure i actually understand the concepts... just do the questions.. then i dun feel tt i really know it..
chem:
well... frankly i dont think our chem department is very good.. but its not all about tt.. for me.. im not really sure if everything they ve given us is enough.. perhaps.. and most probably i din practice enuf.. ok. granted i didnt put much effort into chem but instead focused on the other subjects... well..now im kinda lost for chem. lots to catch up.
bio:
i guess i know wads supposed to be known. more or less.. but i dun noe wads expected of us. like.. answering techniques n stuff... dunno wade xactly they re looking for and probably make too many assumptions... so im kinda lost for now too...
geog:
human i have totally no idea.. physical... ermz... ok lah.. but also v confused
chem H3
also v confused.. but i think shld be able to sort it out... like... im not very grounded in the basics so im having quite abit of trouble with it. sighs...

so ya... with so many things.. im like quite lost for now... and.. o.. i just got word from miss wong.. i din get in for bio o... she asked me to tell navin too. but not ian so well.. i guess congrats to ian! hope you get to go canada next yr=P take loads of nice pics=) i think ill start to work more on a lvl stuff... ya.. with tt gone.. alots shattered.. sighs.. so dun expect me to be up to much in the coming week or so... but then again... im sure God has His reasons for not letting me through. thank You Lord... please help me to continue to improve on the talents You have given to me. help me find a way to serve You with them... well.. i think.. the things i really wanna do now would be... bio o, chem (and h3), getting a lens, basically... relax... and well.. most of all.. would really love to get to c mab. haha... want the things i need to do to go down.... but now all it seems like doing is swelling... cant things get less?!... like.. being torn in countless directions... not to mention the other things ive been doing wrong... or dunno wads happening... haha... i think i just talking rubbish now...

stupid things

yup. so promos are over... but whats the difference?.. for all i know, things seem to be piling up even more.... sighs... i really hate it... why pw?! why gp?... and why am i taking a contrasting subject?!!!... not that im gonna spend my life looking at rocks..really... am i gonna be head of some tnc?! why do i have to learn things im never gonna use?... so much for holistic education....

aiya.. im just really worked up now.. so tired. then theres pw. then theres band, h3, chem and geog to sort out, bio and bio o to learn, maths to practice... wheres the holiday?.. its really.. alot of stuff to do. well.. at least results were more or less ok... only maths was satisfying..

sigh... dun really noe wads wrong with me... i dun feel like doing anything at all. all i wanna do is sleep. and talk to ppl.. i dunno... but all i seem to be doing is nothings. and thinking of mab... sigh.. things so diff withoug her.. like. everything changed over nite.. come home, i dun really have anyone to do things with... madeline hasnt been very helpful either... dunno.. the way she does things makes you think tt she just does things for herself.. and well.. i dunno.. everythings just changed... for better or for worse.. i just dun like it.. i wish everyone would just get back to normal... at least it doesnt feel so weird... ahhh... i really wish mab was still here... things would be so much better... home doesnt seem so nice anymore... aiya... i think im just talking rubbish....

but really.. i think i spend qite alot of my free time thinking abt how much i miss her... the rest of the work and stupid things just makes it worse... i hope it ends soon.. i hate things this way...

hello=)

hey everyone=)) finally got some time to blog. haha. act.. always have time.. but end up doing something else. haha. anyway, i changed alot of stuff. changed the layout, "abt me section" and, since the response to the colour scheme was so extreme, changed background and font colours. haha.. think its alot better now. go take a look k? haha=)

well.. shall just talk abt some of the more recent events. haha

ermz... o. mabel left for cambridge last wed... seems like shes quite ok there. second day and she can go skating already. haha. things back here are.. very different at the least... like.. now only 4 ppl. and for me.. seems like loosing alot. haha.. since shes one of the few ppl tts been close to me since i could ever remember. haha. yup.. been v different. and sometimes it just feels v weird tt she isnt there to talk to and do silly things with. haha. quite sure will really miss, and prob ardy do, but im sure she ll be fine there. thank God for the safe flight there and how she's settling in so well and pray for continued protection over her and her frens there with her. =))

now in the midst of promos. seems v different.. its one exam ive been really putting alot of effort into. well.. at least for maths n bio.. and abit for chem.. seems v accomplishing to work on something and c tt u really improve and feel better. haha.. just sat for maths on fri. and GP the fri before...

i think.. after these 2 papers i feel so relieved. gp went well.. think i wrote well and aq was quite nice too.. essay topic was "branding is everything in todays society. discuss" quite ok for me. haha.. brought in like.. camera branding, macintosh vs windows and... nokia vs other hp brands. so the essay was quite organised. the aq.. there was one point abt brand loyalties. so just used on of the arguments in my essay. and i used dyson firms example for my aq! haha. first application of human geog. though.. not in human geog. haha

maths.. was pro 10000000000 times better than cts. though prob wont score anywhere above 65, quite ok lah.. when i counted by those i couldnt do i think will minus abt 25 marks... but im sure therell be problems here and there then will minus some more. so ill be happy with a b=)

now 3 papers left. chem, geog, bio. hopefully chem n bio will be fun=) doing tys for chem and notes for bio. i think... supposed to do geog today. haha. but really dun feel like it. haha.. geog so... dunno wad to study. haha.. shall just do atmosphere later. yups.

o! got a new camera! the Nikon D200 yups. . haha. its v v nice. and really powerful. but still not used to it. like.. big jump from compact to SLR. for one... the size and the lenses. no where near as flexible as my previous. then cos im using a slr lens not Dx, its v tight. but will get used to it soon. its really really good. haha... 10.1 mp, 5 frames per seconds. tts super fast. haha. apparently its label "semi pro" but other than one or 2 small differences its as good as professional Dslrs. haha. think will save up n maybe goo some cash converter or something to buy a DX 18-70 mm lens. then wanna get 70-300mm. but tt will be later. haha.. wouldnt mind a macro too=)but i think tt will be like. 5 yrs from now or something. the lenses r so ex. haha.

the colour reproduction is just... wonderful. exactly wad it was in real life. taken some really impressive shots with it alrd. shall upload them soon. haha. im sure this will allow me to finally take some real good photos. haha. looking back.. my other cam was quite lousy. haha. but still usable. so.. after promos will be going on a photo spree to build up a nice set of good photos to send in for competitions at the end of the year and next yr. yup.

well.. i think id better get back to studying soon.. will post new pics up soon. cya!=)
